I had two bad habit lately.
First, I tend to get hungry in the middle of the night. I was hunting for food in the kitchen every night but I cant find any food. And I was too lazy to drive out and have my supper. I know if I keep on eating supper at night I'll gain weight. So, I decided to ignore my hungry stomach and it is so suffering T_T
Second, I can't sleep early anymore. I think I got insomnia. I feel so unhealthy. Sleeping around 3 or 4 in the morning and waking up early everyday. What's wrong with me eh?! I think I'm gonna have a hard time when my class starts.
I need a change in my life!!!
